The list can go on and on of the things on our mind these days that can prevent us from truly living in the present moment. Living in the present moment can seem challenging amidst a whirlwind of distractions and future concerns. In today’s fast-paced world, it is easy to lose track of what is happening right now. Yet, focusing on mindfulness is a powerful way to decrease stress, boost clarity, and enjoy life more fully.
